Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website (COMFORCE24) under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The German version at /datenschutz is the legally authoritative text.

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is:

ZOPRAN GmbH
Behringstraße 6B
64291 Darmstadt
Germany

Email: sales@zopran.com
Phone: +49 152 08542673

Further provider details are available in the legal notice (Impressum). COMFORCE24 is the e-commerce logistics brand of ZOPRAN GmbH.

No data protection officer is appointed or published for this website. Please use the contact details above for privacy enquiries.

2. General information on processing

We process personal data only where this is necessary to provide this website and the services offered through it, or where you actively submit data to us. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website and in handling enquiries).

3. Hosting and technical operation

This website runs on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated), which provides hosting and the associated backend infrastructure. The database/backend technology used is based on Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf as processors.

When you access the website, technically necessary data transmitted by your browser is processed (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system information). This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure system security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The scope and duration of server-side logging are determined by the infrastructure providers named above.

4. Logistics Planner and contact requests

The COMFORCE24 Logistics Planner lets you describe your logistics requirements and request contact. The following data is processed:

  • Name
  • Company (if provided)
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp/phone number (optional)
  • Your answers to the five planner questions (location of goods, sales channels, services needed, shipping volume, target market)
  • Time of submission

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare a suitable logistics proposal. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling business enquiries. The mandatory fields are required in order to process your request.

5. Storage of enquiries

Submitted enquiry data is stored in this project's database, operated through the platform backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud based on Supabase). Access to stored enquiries is limited to authorised staff of ZOPRAN GmbH.

6. Email notification (Resend)

After an enquiry is submitted, we send an internal notification email to sales@zopran.com from our server. This email contains the details you submitted and is sent via the email service Resend, which acts as a processor. No open or click tracking is used. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that we can respond to you directly.

7. Contact via WhatsApp

The website contains links that let you contact us voluntarily via WhatsApp. Clicking such a link takes you away from this website to WhatsApp. The subsequent communication and the data involved (e.g. your phone number and message content) are processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and its affiliated companies under their own privacy terms. We have no influence on that processing. Using this channel is optional; you can also reach us by email or phone.

8. Recipients and processors

Data is shared only where necessary for the purposes described. The service providers used are, in particular, the platform and hosting infrastructure (Lovable/Supabase) and the email delivery service (Resend). A transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA may occur where these providers use infrastructure outside the EU/EEA; in that case the transfer relies on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or another permitted transfer mechanism. We do not sell data.

9. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and embeds no tracking pixels or advertising networks. Only technically necessary operations for delivering the website are performed. For this reason no cookie consent banner is shown.

10. Retention and deletion

We store personal data only as long as it is required for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations (in particular commercial and tax law obligations) apply. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer needed for processing. You may request deletion of your data at any time, unless a retention obligation prevents this.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have in particular the following rights:

  • Access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

A message to sales@zopran.com is sufficient to exercise your rights.

12. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. For ZOPRAN GmbH, based in Darmstadt, the competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

13. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser's address bar. While encryption is active, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

14. Status of this policy

This policy reflects the current state of data processing on this website. Further development of the website or changes in legal requirements may make updates necessary. The version published here applies.
